She has worked in critical care units at the hospital level, in CHSLD, in private senior nursing homes, in CLSC and in medical clinics. She has held multiple manager positions in the healthcare network, in both public and private sectors.

Project manager and computer graphics production coordinator, Philippe acts as head of operations at Plakett Services cliniques. He possesses a vast knowledge of work organization, interactive technologies and cumulates multiple years of experience in structuring, coordination and planning of complex tasks.

His thoroughness, his great knowledge of the IT production process, his ability to conceive innovative tools as well as his critical eye, make of him an important asset for any team that wishes to structure itself. Philippe also acts as an advisor for the creative and visual side of operations, related to marketing tools and the promotion of the companies we work with.

Annie has more than 12 years of experience in the clinical field where she developed a considerable expertise in administrative organization of a medical clinic. Great passionate about the medical field, she stands out by her creativity and her innovative ideas. Her experience of executive assistant in a big clinic of Montreal allows her to understand perfectly the issues faced by clinics, physicians, and all their teams.

French language lover with a very creative mind, Annie has also been project manager in creation and production of digital tools and internet websites, both used in medical field.

Teamwork, commitment and communication are, for her, key elements in a project's success and in conflict resolution. She joined Plakett Services Cliniques with all her enthusiasm and dynamism to make a difference every day!

With a background in industrial relations, occupational health and safety and a master's degree in health services administration, Marc has over 30 years of experience in the Quebec health network. He has a diversified experience in health research, management and planning of major projects, quality of care and services and front-line medicine. He was a manager for more than 15 years in the health network where he was able to gain recognition for his transformational leadership by supporting the members of his teams to reach their full potential.


Recognized for his ability to listen, his diplomacy and to find solutions to complex problems, he knows how to use his resilience and perseverance to patiently reach the objectives to be achieved. His partners recognize in him his work ethic and his approach to successfully completing projects in a spirit of collaboration and respect.

He has a network of contacts in several countries around the world through his achievements in quality and health services research. Formerly president of the Continuous Quality Improvement Group, he is also a surveyor for Accreditation Canada/HSO.

Martine, a nursing assistant for more than 16 years, has accumulated a varied experience in the field of nursing care, including nearly 14 years on the front line and more specifically in various medical clinics in the Montreal area.

She quickly developed a great interest in management, which allowed her to occupy various management positions and to perfect her knowledge of the various aspects related to the management of a medical clinic and its daily challenges. She has always distinguished herself by her thirst for knowledge and her great sense of devotion to both the employees she supervised and the clientele.

Martine has also participated in the opening of several medical clinics, which allows her to efficiently and professionally support Plakett Services Cliniques' clientele.

Passionate about life and the health environment, she is particularly driven by interpersonal relations, human contact and teamwork.

With her experience in the network of private and public medical clinics, Marie-Hélène has been able to develop the nursing sector and multidisciplinary management in all the companies where she has worked.

For more than 22 years, she has dedicated herself to teaching, knowledge transfer and the optimization of clinical processes in order to always allow patients and colleagues to benefit from her knowledge and her love for her profession and her clientele.

Driven by a great thirst for learning and an exceptional ability to adapt, Marie-Hélène contributes on a daily basis to the success of the projects and mandates entrusted to her at Plakett Clinical Services through her structure, dedication and desire to support change management.

Master of a Management degree, she worked several years as a project manager while actively participating in the business development and quality insurance of the companies in which she has worked.

Strong from a rich and diversified experience, curious and determined, she is actively involved with our customers so the access to quality health services for the population gets better while considering the needs of health’s professionals.

Her proven qualities in coordination, organization and customer service make the difference and contribute to the continuous improvement within our company and with our customers!

With her outstanding experience and a bachelor's degree in administration from the HEC, with a concentration in accounting, Denise supports the clients and the Plakett Clinical Services team on a daily basis in the management of mandates and accounting management of the company.

With more than 30 years of experience in administrative management in various medical clinics, she has experienced over time the multiple restructurings of the health network and more particularly the front-line network. This has enabled her to develop detailed expertise of the financial and organizational challenges faced by clinics and their partners on a daily basis while optimizing their administrative processes.

Marc works in the field of healthcare management services for over forty years now. He holds a master’s degree in healthcare services management from the University of Montreal, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Sherbrooke.

One of his accomplishments is the establishment and management of a dozen clinics and medical polyclinics. He was also the co-founder of the following medical clinics: Maisonneuve-Rosemont, des 2 Tours, Westmount-Square, RocklandMD and more recently, the Angus clinic.

The legal aspect, the finance and budget management of a clinic are no secret to him. Regularly mandated to perform feasibility and profitability studies, he also collaborates in our problem-solving mandates, related to staff or finance management.

Pierre is a professional and manager with more than 25 years of experience in sales, operations management and business development. He holds a certificate in marketing from HEC Montréal. He also has extensive expertise in organizational development management and financial management. Pierre is recognized by his peers for his efficiency and determination and for his great ability to establish lasting partnerships.

With several years of experience as a medical clinic owner and operator, he now works as a strategic business development consultant specializing in the health sector.

Bachelor of pedagogy and a human resources and work relations specialist, Mrs. Marie-Andrée Lambert offers her services in title of a consultant, for over thirty years now. She is sought after by different non-profit organizations and companies in all areas of Quebec to act as an advisor, a spokesperson, a meeting animator and assembly president, or as a trainer.

On a very regular basis, Mrs. Lambert acts as a « consultant » in title, alongside numerous branch heads, adjusting the frequency and the type of interventions to the real needs of the organizations that are targeted, whether they are unionized or not.
She has intervened in some difficult situations alongside administrative counsels or branch heads, many times. She has carried out multiple turnarounds in organizations dealing with great problematics, during the past five years

Family physician since 2012, she specializes in sexual health, women’s health and is a holder of a micro-master’s degree in international healthcare. Alexandra has participated in the development of teaching and research departments, as well as a family medicine unit in the Laurentides. She actively participates in the interdisciplinary committee and considers teamwork to be paramount to the proper functioning of an organization.

Her rigour, her organizational skills and her medical expertise will allow a large contribution to the development of clinical tools and the patient’s journey. Alexandra will also act as a medical consultant, by helping the creation of collective prescriptions and by participating to the training of staff in the health field.

With an experience of over twenty years under her belt in the interior and construction design domains, Caroline Thériault was able to develop a very vast expertise regarding the management of commercial and corporative projects, more particularly in the healthcare field.

Having completed multiple medical projects, in specialized institutions (ophthalmology, cosmetic, physiotherapy) as well as in general medicine clinics, she still works in close collaboration with her clients and collaborators, to offer them a pleasant and ergonomic work environment, while making sure that it responds to their needs and budget.

Yanick Labrie is an economist and a consultant in public policies. He is also a researcher associated to the Canadian Health Policy Institute of Toronto and Senior fellow of the Fraser Institute of Vancouver.

A specialist in healthcare questions, he is frequently called upon to comment on economic news in the media, about issues and challenges related to the care systems and pharmaceutical policies. He is the author of numerous studies touching upon reforms in healthcare matters written on the account of diverse research centres, namely the IEDM and the CIRANO. Many of his articles were published in the Globe and Mail, the National Post, the Ottawa Citizen, the Montreal Gazette, La Presse and Le Devoir.

During the past decade, he has been invited as a lecturer to many pivotal events in the largest cities in Canada. In the year 2014, he stood up at the 20th edition of the Montreal Conference, organized by the World Economic Forum of the Americas, about lessons to learn from European healthcare systems.

He has testified in front of multiple parliamentary committees and work groups, as well as acting as an expert witness in the context of an important trial in front of the Supreme court of British-Columbia, aiming to reform the laws on health insurance in the country. Yanick is a holder of a master’s degree in economic sciences from the University of Montreal.

Sabrina's passion is solving development issues. By encouraging observation in the workplace and listening to the client's needs, she can design ergonomic, efficient and stimulating spaces.

Having completed numerous projects in the health field such as general medical clinics, specialized medical clinics, seniors' residences and also educational projects, she has acquired, over the last 17 years, a great deal of experience in project management and technical aspects of construction, which has enabled her to guide her clients in the realization of their projects.

The ultimate goal is always to create functional environments that correspond to their needs. This is not a promise, it is her signature.

Clinician nurse whom is recognized for her professionalism and leadership, Marie-Ève has extensive experience in project management and nursing, including continuous improvement and optimization of care trajectories.

Her atypical and multidisciplinary background proves her great capacity for adaptation; Marie-Ève easily adapts to any work environment while potentiating the role of each professional.
