Job Description

Our client, a health-tech company, is looking for a clinic manager to provide administrative support to the clinic's team members and to meet the needs of the clientele. The ideal candidate is a clinic manager who wants to challenge the status quo. This person is innovative, creative, and very enthusiastic about problem solving in order to improve efficiency and experience in our clinics.

Summary of responsibilities

As a Clinic Manager, you will be required to:

  • Build, develop and maintain a motivated and committed team through excellent integration and training, performance objectives, skills coaching and sustained career development
  • Manage the clinic staff and operations (schedules, tasks and responsibilities, performance, training)
  • Be the main point of contact with doctors in the clinic
  • Develop, implement, maintain and improve processes, procedures and policies, in an environment that emphasizes innovation and efficiency, in collaboration with the departments of technology and operations of the head office
  • Monitor the clinic's budget and collaborate with the finance department of the head office during budget planning


  • Experience of at least 5 years in medical clinic
  • Excellent understanding of the management of a medical clinic
  • Background in management or medical care or another relevant field
  • Experience in process improvement efforts and change management
  • Ability to foster a collaborative team dynamic that ensures a committed and productive team culture
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Very comfortable with technology and enthusiastic about learning new tools
