He has diversified experience in health research, management and planning of major projects, quality of care and services and front-line medical care. He has been a manager for more than 15 years in the health network where he has been recognized for his transformational leadership in supporting his team members to reach their full potential. Known for his listening skills, diplomacy and ability to find solutions to complex problems, he knows how to use his resilience and perseverance to patiently achieve his goals.
