Marie-Andrée Lambert Human Resources Consultant Ms. Marie-Andrée Lambert holds a Bachelor’s degree in education and is a specialist in human resources and labour relations. She has been offering her services as a consultant for over 30 years. She is solicited by various non-profit organizations and businesses in all regions of Quebec to act as an advisor, spokesperson, meeting facilitator and chairperson, or as a trainer. On a very regular basis, Ms. Lambert acts as a “consultant” to many branches, adjusting the frequency and type of interventions to the actual needs of the organizations involved, whether they are unionized or not. She has intervened in difficult situations with boards of directors or senior management on several occasions.
