The organisational diagnosis consists in doing a 360⁰ evaluation of your clinic's situation. At the end of the process, we will give you a detailed report that will present all the observations and areas of improvement that our team recommends in order to solve your different issues and to optimize your way of working and profitability. Different management tools will be given with the report, which will allow you to set up your plan of action and implement the recommendations.
